To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for an Engineering Project Manager for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development possibilities.

This is initially a 6-month consulting assignment via Unik Resurs with very good prospects for extension.

We apply rolling selection, which means the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Do you want to work in an international and technically advanced project environment where the customer and technology are at the center? We are now looking for an engaged and driven engineer who wants to take a leading role in electrical design and control systems in delivery projects for industrial gas turbines.

About the Role

As Project Engineering Manager (PEM) and/or Project Lead Engineer (PLE), you are responsible for leading the technical project execution within the electrical and control systems area. You will become a key person in the delivery project organization and work closely with customers, project managers, partners, and internal specialist functions.

The role involves both technical leadership and coordination, ensuring that the project's technical solutions are delivered according to set goals, schedules, and quality requirements.

Your Tasks

• Lead the electrical engineering team within delivery projects.
• Act as the technical contact person for the customer and partners.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure project progress.
• Plan and follow up on technical activities against project milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between various internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to close collaboration with sales, research and development, and the service organization.
• Participate in customer meetings and travel as needed, approx. 20 days per year.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• An engineering degree and experience in electrical engineering and/or control and regulation technology.
• A strategic approach and a genuine interest in leadership and human development.
• Good communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships.
• Experience working in project environments with many contact points.
• Ability to build networks and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Interest in change management and continuous development.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience or knowledge in gas turbines and energy production.
